Our view
Opinion, not a claim about Featurebase: per-seat pricing is fair for a tool a whole support team lives in all day. A changelog is written by one or two people a few times a month, and we think that is better sold at one flat price than by the seat, as a page on your own domain with no badge on it and nothing third-party loaded.
Moving from Featurebase
Relnotely imports product updates from an RSS or Atom feed, a CSV export or a CHANGELOG.md, keeping original dates and skipping duplicates, and nobody is emailed about imported entries. Previewing is free and needs no card.
