AnnounceFly's homepage describes five tools in one — a changelog, in-app announcements, a feedback board, an ideas portal and a public roadmap — with pricing at the foot of the page. Relnotely is the changelog on its own.
This page is written by Relnotely. Everything stated here about AnnounceFly is taken from AnnounceFly's own pricing section, read on 28 September 2026 with monthly billing shown. Prices and plans change; check theirs before deciding, and tell us if anything here is out of date.
What AnnounceFly's pricing section listed on 28 September 2026
- Free, with 1 project, 1 team member, up to 3 widgets, up to 100 subscribers, unlimited announcements, changelog and roadmap, a subscriber analytics dashboard, subscriber sorting and search, and email and segment tags.
- Pro: $19 a month, marked "most popular": up to 10 projects, up to 5 team members, unlimited widgets and subscribers, a custom domain, "Remove "Powered by" branding", the analytics dashboard and priority email support.
- Agency: $49 a month: unlimited projects, team members, widgets and subscribers, a custom domain, white-label branding, broadcast email campaigns, manual subscriber additions, API access and priority support.
- The pricing section offers monthly, yearly ("save with yearly") and one-time billing; the figures above are the monthly ones shown. The page describes four roles — Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer — and, for the changelog, rich text with images, videos and code, tags for new features, bug fixes, improvements and maintenance, a choice of whether to notify subscribers, scheduling, and a widget.
- Elsewhere on the page: every project gets a public link at announcefly.com immediately; "Pro adds a custom domain and powered-by control; Agency adds full visual whitelabeling for your public pages."
What Relnotely includes
One plan, $19 a month:
- Your changelog on your own domain, an in-app widget, and email to subscribers who confirm their address.
- A page of its own for every entry, and an Atom feed.
- Import from a feed, a CSV or a
CHANGELOG.md. - No Relnotely badge, watermark or "powered by" link on your changelog, on any plan. Our name appears in one place: the small print under the subscribe form, which says who stores an address entered there, and the footer's links to our privacy policy and terms for the same reason.
- No third-party scripts on your changelog.
Writing is free and needs no card; publishing starts a 7-day trial. One login per account, and one changelog.

Where AnnounceFly may suit you better
- You want feedback, ideas and a roadmap with the changelog, which is what their five tools are.
- You want to start at $0 with a public page and have fewer than 100 subscribers.
- Several people publish, or you run several products. Pro lists 5 team members and 10 projects; Agency lists no limit on either.
- You schedule entries, listed for both changelog posts and announcements.
- You want an API or broadcast email campaigns, both listed on Agency.
Our view
Opinion, not a claim about AnnounceFly: at the same $19, theirs buys more tools and ours buys fewer, and that is the honest shape of the choice. What we think the $19 should buy for a small product is the one tool finished — your domain, your subscribers, no "powered by" of ours to switch off, an entry page and a feed, nothing loaded from a third party — with nothing in the account you will never open.
Moving from AnnounceFly
Relnotely imports from an RSS or Atom feed, a CSV export or a CHANGELOG.md, keeping original dates and skipping duplicates. Nobody is emailed about imported entries, and previewing the import is free.
