You no longer need a card to start. Sign up, write and preview as many drafts as you like, try an import and set up your page, and meet billing only when you press Publish. That starts a 7-day trial, and then it is $19 a month with everything included.

Press Publish before you have started the trial and nothing is lost: the entry is kept as a draft and you go straight to the page that starts it.
