Search matches what readers see

Search on your public changelog now matches the words readers can see, not the Markdown behind them. Searching for part of a link's address or a formatting character no longer turns up entries that do not visibly contain it.

There is also a Feed button beside Subscribe, for readers who would rather follow along in a feed reader than by email.
