Write entries in Markdown

Entry bodies are now written in Markdown: links, lists, bold and italic, inline code and code blocks, quotes and subheadings. Your changelog, each entry's page, the feed and subscriber emails show it formatted; the widget shows clean plain text.

Raw HTML is shown as text rather than run, and every body is sanitised on the way out, so nothing written in an entry can add a script to your page.
