Two subscriptions after a failed payment

A subscription whose payment had failed and gone unpaid was not counted as live by the check that stops a second checkout, so it was possible to start another one and end up with two subscriptions at Stripe.

Unpaid now counts like every other state Stripe still holds a subscription in. Any attempt to subscribe again goes to the billing portal to settle the existing one instead.
